Zwick Analytics. 2018 - Present Principal of consulting practice specializing in natural gas analytics and decarbonization analysis. Offers planning and strategy support, including a set of North American natural gas market scenarios based on supply competition and key market uncertainties from a Western Canadian production perspective. Decarbonization work focuses on the roles of natural gas and hydrogen in a deeply decarbonized economy. TC Energy (1994-2017) Various leadership roles in strategy and planning including natural gas, oil, and electricity analytics and corporate strategy. Appeared as a TC Energy witness in a variety of regulatory hearings before National Energy Board (NEB) and Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) on matters related to pipeline services, natural gas markets and pricing. Participated in developing National Petroleum Council studies on The Future of Natural Gas in 1997, 2001, 2007, and 2011, providing industry advice on natural gas policy to the U.S. DOE. Led a 2011 team that produced a topic paper on the future of natural gas midstream infrastructure.
