Larry Neumeister, P.Eng. Larry Neumeister has 42 years of experience in instrumentation and controls at Spartan Controls Ltd, with a major focus on specialized measurement and advanced process control. He has developed numerous measurement and control solutions including blending and ratio controls, burner management and combustion controls, safety instrumented systems, and pipeline surge controls. He is a licensed professional engineer in Alberta (APEGA) and a member of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) B149.1 & B149.3 Technical Committees, and a past president of the International Society of Automation (ISA) Edmonton branch. He holds 2 patents relating to process measurement and control optimization.
