2023 Strategic Program Speakers

Matthew Slotwinski is a Senior Economic Development Officer with the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership. He has helped implement and grow the Ontario’s Hydrogen Hub, Sarnia-Lambton Hybrid Chemistry Cluster, and Sarnia-Lambton Energy & Chemistry Cluster, allowing each to gain national international recognition, attracting significant capital investment and job growth to the Sarnia-Lambton area. Matthew provides expertise to the Sarnia-Lambton area related to investment attraction, site selection, industry retention & expansion.

Matthew graduated from the University of Western Ontario’s Master of Public Administration (MPA) program after completing his Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) undergraduate degree at the University of Guelph specializing in Public Management. He has obtained a Certificate in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo and Economic Developers Associations of Canada and was named one of North America’s Top 50 Economic Developers (2021) by Consultant Connect.
