Omar Khayum is the Vice President of Energy Origination and Development at TC Energy. Khayum is responsible for the origination of new customer facing business for power, environmental, natural gas and hydrogen marketing and trading across North America. He is also responsible for origination and development of low carbon projects, including cogeneration, renewable power, renewable natural gas, hydrogen production and carbon capture and sequestration across North America.
Most recently, Khayum served as the CEO of Annova LNG, an LNG export development project in Texas. Prior to Annova LNG, Khayum held several leadership roles at Constellation Energy and Exelon Corporation.
Khayum holds an MBA in Economics, Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago and a BS in Computer Science from Purdue University.
