2023 Strategic Program Speakers

Rob Booker is CEO of Trigon Pacific Terminals Limited in Prince Rupert, BC, where he leads Trigon’s diversification to become Canada’s export hub for low-carbon and green energy exports, in addition to optimizing the existing terminal facilities.
For over 20 years, Mr. Booker has demonstrated success in delivering transformational change and continuous improvement in import-export trans-shipment operations. In prior roles, he has been responsible for overseeing the handling of virtually all bulk material and bulk liquid products imported or exported from the west coast of Canada.
Mr. Booker is Chair of the BC Maritime Terminal Operators Association, representing terminals in all ports in BC and is also Chair of the Port Users Nominating Committee for the Port of Prince Rupert. In 2021 and 2022, Mr. Booker was recognized by Business in Vancouver as one of the 500 most influential business leaders in the province.
