The key green energy leader at Frog Lake First Nations, Cliffton has been actively involved in the governance over the last 12 years. He has played a key role in the development of the Frog Lake First Nations Strategic Plan. With his peers, they have registered Frog Lake Legacy Energy and Alternative Power Ltd. (LEAP) which functions as a Band owned green energy arm of the Frog Lake First Nations Group of Companies under the oversight of the Frog Lake Economic Development Board of Directors. His expertise lies in program development and policy. Cliffton has spent over 20 years leading youth and recreation programs in his community mentoring many youths. He understands and values the role of youth in the development of his people.
