Jan Boshoff

Jan Boshoff is the co-founder and CEO of Nu:ionic Technologies.  Jan is a seasoned industry executive with extensive experience in various technical, management and consulting roles, including 13 years with Sasol, the South African synthetic fuel company.  During Jan’s time with Sasol, he was intricately involved with the scale-up and commercialization of Sasol’s core gas conversion technologies, providing key technical input into technology areas supporting the company’s world-scale slurry bubble column reactors, fixed fluidized bed reactors and multi-tubular fixed bed reactors.  Jan concluded his time with Sasol heading up a satellite gas-to-liquids technology demonstration facility in Oklahoma, and has since worked extensively in the synthetic and renewable fuels space.  Jan holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
