Paul-Emile Trudeau brings over 18 years of experience in Clean Energy R&D. His work has primarily centered on Clean Energy strategy, economics, technology assessment and technology development for Future Fuels (Hydrogen & downstream synthetic hydrocarbon) production. His background also includes the development of anti-fouling catalysts for ethylene production. For the past decade, he has led the Future Fuels division of a private company, encompassing fundraising and business development. Holding a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Toronto, he excels in interdisciplinary collaboration. Paul-Emile's entrepreneurial endeavors include launching start-ups and securing significant investments. His skill in fostering strategic partnerships has played a vital role in project success. His pragmatic, holistic approach aligns with the imperative of a smooth energy transition in Alberta. Consequently, Paul-Emile now engages in consulting, evaluating energy systems for remote and indigenous communities, and assessing the technical, economic, and market potential of future fuels technologies.
