Mr. Borys joined EverWind as Vice-President, Corporate Development in March 2023.

Prior to joining EverWind, Mr. Borys was Head of Capital Markets & Treasury for Atlas Corp, where he led capital structure strategic planning as well as sourcing, structuring, and execution of capital raises. Prior to that, Mr. Borys held various senior leadership roles within Atlas focused on modernizing and building out functions driving and supporting capital allocation including Capital Markets, M&A, Treasury, and Investor Relations. During his tenure at Atlas, Mr. Borys raised over $15B of capital including several first-of-its-kind sustainability-linked and green loans and bonds in the US, Nordic, and global markets, ABLs, innovative ECA financings in China, Korea, and Japan; executed over $9B in maritime asset transactions; formed the Atlas public NYSE company structure through an inverse merger; and acquired and integrated APR Energy as Atlas’ energy platform.

Prior to joining Atlas, Mr. Borys held roles in Investment Banking and Project Finance with Desjardins Capital Markets, and in Equity Research with Raymond James, focused on diversified infrastructure and industrials, including power and infrastructure project finance.

Mr. Borys received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, graduating with Distinction.
