This special event concludes Day 1 and offers a vibrant celebration for conference delegates, showcasing and embracing the Edmonton festival scene with outstanding entertainment.


Entry to this reception is included in all Delegate pass types - All-Access Pass, Strategic Conference Pass, Technical Conference Pass.

Welcome Drinks

Passed welcome drinks will be served from 5:00 to 5:15 PM as guests arrive, featuring a pina colada and a refreshing mocktail option.

Dance Performance by Cariwest dance troupe

From 5:00 to 5:15 PM, a Cariwest dance troupe will parade from the Exhibition Hall level, down the escalator, and onto the stage for a short, energetic performance. Light passed food will be available during guest arrival.

Magical Entertainment

A roaming magician will entertain guests throughout the venue from 5:15 to 7:00 PM.

Live Music Performance by Jed and the Valentine

Jed and the Valentine will perform live on stage from 5:45 to 6:45 PM, providing relaxed background music for the evening.
