David Coburn is the Director of the clean energy team at the Clean Energy and Major Projects Office within the BC Ministry of Energy and Climate Solutions.

David is located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, and for the past 14 years, has held various positions across a number of ministries in the BC public service overseeing implementation of the BC Hydrogen Strategy and advancing economic development priorities across a wide variety of sectors and supporting eco-nomic reconciliation with BC First Nations.
