Liliana Zuleta is a Portfolio Analyst at Emissions Reduction Alberta, where she supports the evaluation and advancement of clean technology investments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. She previously served as Technical Vice President at Colombia’s National Hydrocarbons Agency, overseeing national strategies for hydrocarbon exploration and resource development. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade as a geophysicist with CNOOC International, Chevron, and PGS, specializing in subsurface evaluation and reservoir characterization. With expertise spanning technical, policy, and investment domains, Ms. Zuleta contributes to advancing sustainable energy solutions and supporting Alberta’s energy transition.
