Eric is CEO of H2CanFly, a national not for profit corporation to accelerate the innovation And development of clean aviation technologies. Eric also co-founded and served as the Chair of the Canadian Advanced Air Mobility (CAAM). Prior to joining H2CanFly, Eric spent 12 years in various leadership roles at the NRC, and 23 years in management roles with various high-tech companies in Canada and the US.

Eric led the Unmanned Air Systems program before being appointed the Director for the NRC Aerospace Research Center. In his management role at NRC, Eric provided business and strategy direction for global collaboration and the development of new strategic initiatives to enhance the growth of aerospace in Canada, with a particular focus on ecosystem development.
