Notification of Acceptance – December 12, 2025

All speakers will receive notification by email on whether their submission was accepted, placed on the alternate list or declined, no later than December 12, 2025.

Confirmation of Participation – January 9, 2026

Speakers and alternate speakers are required to confirm their continued interest in this event by sending an email to Dusan Krnjaja dusankrnjaja@dmgevents.com Failure to confirm your continued interest in participating in this event by this date may result in your opportunity being offered to an alternate speaker in your category.

Registration Confirmation – January 23, 2026

The conference organizer does not provide per diem, honoraria, or reimburse expenses for any technical conference speaker. All speakers must register as a speaker no later than January 23, 2026. If registration and payment are not received by this date, your speaking slot will be replaced by the next alternate speaker in your category.

All discounted speaker rates include a full two-day technical conference pass, which provides access to all individual technical presentations, refreshment breaks, lunches, the exhibition, and the opening night reception.

Poster fees include all of the above, plus the cost of poster printing and assembly, which covers the production and setup of a physical poster onsite.

  • Fill out the first page of the registration form
  • Place discount code at the top of the second page then click APPLY
  • The appropriate price for the technical conference will appear at the bottom
  • Continue on with the rest of the registration process
  • Pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
  • You'll receive an email confirmation of completed registration

Speaker Terms and Conditions Form - April 11, 2026

All presenters are required to sign and submit the Speaker Terms and Conditions (T&C) before their presentation. This form grants us permission to distribute an approved public version of your PowerPoint presentation, paper, and/or poster to the online digital library after the conference concludes. The T&C will be sent to you digitally following your confirmation.

Visa Invitation Letters

If you require a visa invitation letter to apply for entry into Canada, you must first complete your registration for the event. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to the visa letter request form. Please fill out the required information in the form, and your visa invitation letter will be automatically sent to the same email address you used for registration.

Final Poster File – March 27, 2026

For individuals who have also chosen to participate in the Poster Session are required to submit their final poster in a print-ready PDF format to Dusan Krnjaja at dusankrnjaja@dmgevents.com no later than March 27, 2026. Registration, dimensions and deadlines can be found in the Poster Session Guidelines.

Final PowerPoint Presentation (Required) – April 4, 2026

Speakers are required to use the Canadian Hydrogen Convention PowerPoint Template and submit to Dusan Krnjaja at dusankrnjaja@dmgevents.com no later than April 4, 2026A final or close to final version of your presentation will need to be submitted by the deadline to ensure that the template was used and that the presentation reflects the original abstract submitted.

If you make any changes to your PowerPoint after April 4, 2026, you can bring an updated version with you on a USB stick and update the original file onsite before you present.

Each speaker will be assigned a 30-minute speaking slot on one of the two conference days. Within this time, we recommend allocating approximately 20 minutes for the presentation and leaving up to 10 minutes for audience Q&A at the end. A Session Chair will be present to assist with time management and will provide a five-minute warning before the session concludes. All sessions will take place in theatres arranged in a traditional theatre-style format, accommodating up to 80 or more attendees.

Full Technical Paper (Optional) – April 4, 2026

For presenters who choose to submit a full technical paper they will be required to submit their paper no later than April 4, 2026..
