Matt Moshier is with TC Energy’s Origination and Development team in the Power & Energy Solutions business. Matt has been with TC Energy since 2022, leading multiple hydrogen and CCUS developments efforts within the US and Canada.

Matt Moshier has over ten years of energy project execution and development experience and has completed over $3Bn in capital development, execution, and maintenance work.  These developments have created over $2B in incremental EBITDA for the firms, with experience in both regulated and unregulated assets. Matt has worked on the full lifecycle of his projects, from deal generation to operation and maintenance. Matt previously worked at BP and Williams completing large, technically challenging projects focusing on wet natural gas processing and NGL processing and transportation within the U.S.  Additionally, Matt served as a technical expert for key M&A and joint ventures at Williams.

Matt obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 2012, his Professional Engineering license in 2016, and his Project Management Professional certificate in 2017.  Matt is currently working on his MBA in Finance at Indiana University and expects to graduate in Fall 2023.
