Krzysztof Zdziarski

Krzysztof is an experienced manager, who has been associated with the ORLEN Group since 2010, most recently as the President of the Czech market company Unipetrol, previously managed, among others, Orlen Południe and the refinery production of the concern. He began his professional career in Canada, managing operational areas of companies such as PLASTICS CANADA, IPEX, and CAN-USA EMI. Upon returning to the country, he was responsible for preparing the concept, creating, and managing the DDD company - a joint production-distribution platform of EMI, SONY, and Universal corporations. Subsequently, for 7 years, he was the General Director of UPS Poland, and then for almost 5 years, the President of the Management Board of PEKAES SA. Since January, he has been the President and Managing Director of Pesa Bydgoszcz SA. He is a manager with international experience in restructuring and developing strategies for medium and large companies. In the plants he managed, he was responsible not only for planning changes or building organizational structures but also for the long-term implementation of these plans and the operational management of their implementation. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw and the Management Leadership School /Boston, USA/ and Humber College, Ryerson Polytechnic University /Toronto, Canada/.
